Property for sale in South Africa
Selling Property home | SOLD

We have an offer - what now?

You have someone interested in your property, that is great news, congrats. What now?

You will need a conveyancer to handle the transfer of the property, and we will take care of that for you, but there are a few other things that you will need to consider:

  • An Offer to Purchase or Sale Agreement
  • Your purchaser may need a Bond attorney
  • You or you purchaser may need Bridging Finance
  • You will have to produce a number of documents for FICA requirements and sale compliance certificates (e.g. electrical compliance if there is power on your property)
  • VAT/transfer duty over and above the purchase price - determined by the entity you are selling out of or into
We will be able to assist with all of the above. Simply contact us or call our support line on 082 896 4343.
